Sheena and Simon are getting married on October 2nd and I can not WAIT for their wedding! (They are soo fun and soo in love, it definitely made my job shooting their engagement session easy) It’s going to be amazing… I know some of the details and it’s something I’m very much looking forward to. Simon lives over seas, IN LONDON, so we had to work with his schedule for their engagement photos and the day we did them, couldn’t have been prettier! Check out some of my favorites from their session… I have a LOT of favorites but I won’t take up your whole day looking at their photos… Even though this couple is so beautiful (no they aren’t paid models, they really are real people) you wouldn’t mind spending all day looking at pictures of them. It’s always an honor when another photographer asks you to do their family pictures, or any pictures for them for that matter. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know Tate (of Taken by Tate), a fellow photographer, and spending some time with her over the last month and am proud to be able to call her a friend. We went out Monday night to do a few family photos for them and had a great time with it… And if any more of you are photographers, you know how rare it is to have your whole family in one photo, I’ll be lucky if my kids think I went on family vacations and outings with them, lol… Mom’s always got the camera in hand (though my hubby does a GREAT job of taking over). We are THRILLED to announce our Fall and Christmas Mini Sessions!!! Some of you have already gotten in on the action and booked yours (good for you!!) but for those who haven’t yet… Below we will list the dates and times that are available for you! For those of you who may not know what a mini session is, or if you are interested in one: a mini session is a 30-45minute shoot where we will give you and/or your family our undivided attention to capture some REALLY great shots! Our mini sessions will include your shoot time(30-45minutes) and a disc of 20-25 professionally edited images, on a disc w/copyright release, and an online viewing gallery to share with friends and family, for only $150! (<–you can’t beat that!) All images/discs will be completed within 2weeks of your shoot so as to be sure that photos are ready in time for Christmas. If you don’t see the time and date that you want, DON’T WORRY!! Tiffany and Matthew are such a sweet couple, that I had the privilege of photographing their wedding day and being a part of it. They were married at Merle Manders in Stockbridge, Ga. Thank you Merle Manders for allowing me free use of your facility for the day and to Maggie Lewis of Knotting Hill Events for coordinating and planning this lovely wedding!!

Mitchel Musso, ‘Oliver’ from ‘Hannah Montana‘, performed at Six Flags Over Georgia today and we had the privilege of tagging along to photograph the event… And got to meet him. Really, really cool! Our (mine & my hubby) daughters LOVED it!! I’ve never seen my 5yr old clam up like that before! (She likes boys….a lot) – Well, we had a blast! It was hot and humid and sticky but the music was great and meeting Mitchel was awesome as well. Here are a few photos, some of my immediate faves, from the concert… Enjoy!! We were at my in-laws for a celebration for my husband and soon to be brother-in-law, Joshua, when my hubby stole away with my camera. My father in law had planted some flowers(I have no idea what kind) at their house and butterflies FLOCK to it… So as you can imagine… That’s where my camera and my husband were.
